FEATURING NEW AND STATE OF THE ART PRODUCTS:
The TrailerMast “Slide and Pivot” system is a brand new product to our range.
The TrailerMast “Slide and Pivot” system is a highly innovative product for easy transportation and raising from the horizontal to the vertical position of our larger diameter pneumatic telescopic masts, the AquaMast and the Electromechanical MecMast. The pneumatic keyed mast in the image above below is a 250mm diameter mast that weighs around 270kgs and can reach a 31 metre height.
The system design can be adapted to suit our vast range of masts including the massive 340mm diameter masts. It has a low centre of gravity which makes it very much more stable during transit on road or rough terrain. The equipment or head load and guys can easily be installed from ground level prior to raising to the vertical position.
Two 12v winches with remote control hand sets make raising to the vertical and stowing very easy. Our innovative design allows easy removal or installation of the mast from the supporting frame or trailer. The design can be adapted to suit pick up style vehicles or ground based applications. We have many other types of trailer mast systems available and also tripod or fixed telescopic mast solutions for a multitude of applications.
The AQUAMAST system is a also brand new product to our range.
The AquaMast is a highly innovative product for high elevation fire fighting. It comprises of a pneumatic telescopic mast with a second internal assembly of concentric tubes though which a water supply line can be guided to the top of the mast (telescopic water way). At the top of the mast there is a pre drilled mounting interface for fire monitor nozzles and water canons. The AquaMast will internally carry the water or foam plus any cabling (internal cabling not available on all models) required to control the fire monitor nozzle. This complete solution gives the operator the possibility to rapidly intervene and to extinguish fires in high rise buildings, flats, office blocks, refineries and industrial sites to name a few.
The AquaMast mounted on a 4x4 pick up truck type vehicle allows access to small and limited spaces like urban areas with narrow streets and congested traffic that could be impassable for traditional large fire fighting trucks and appliances. The solution would also be extremely advantageous in rural and forest type areas where 4x4 type vehicles can pass more easily.
The advantages of the AquaMast system are that huge quantities of water can be sent out from a specific height position, the compactness of the mast makes it easy to install even on small vehicles, and the possibility to remotely control the waterjet. The AquaMast system is protected by a PLC and safety features.
The mast can have an extended height from 4m to 13m and can be easily mounted on a small trailer, pick-up truck, fire trucks, small fire trucks, specialist vehicles or anti-riot trucks. The flow rates range from 900LPM on the highest mast, up to 4200 LPM on the smallest mast. In choosing the model, please considerthe technical features you will find on the pages below.
The AquaMast can be used for a multitude of sectors including: fire and rescue services, fire authorities, private fire companies, refineries, petrochemical, nuclear, industrial, defence, military, utilities, waste recycling, tv and film studios, airbases, airports, private airports, aviation authorities, construction and demolition, marine, port authorities, commercial cargo vessels.
We can supply a range of remote control or wireless remote control fire monitor nozzles with joystick controllers, special cabling, power supplies plus other available accessories.
We also have the capability of installing controllable and weatherproof pan tilt zoom cameras on top of the AquaMast so the operator(s) can view and record the scene at the base of the mast using a ruggedized laptop or tablet pc.
We can also install lighting systems on top of the AquaMast which will enable the operator(s) to see at night or in bad light conditions.
